Brittany Bachus

Attorney Brittany Bachus has lived in the Atlanta area since 2006. While gaining her undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University, she was introduced to the practice of law as a criminal law paralegal, later moving on to work as a case manager in personal injury firms, managing motor vehicle accident cases. It was then that she realized her desire to help clients who were often unable to manage their own legal issues. Post undergraduate school, she went onto study Divinity, and received her graduate degree from Yale, where she focused her studies on the intersectionality between Christianity and liberation.

She then went on to attend St. John’s University School of Law, where she obtained her J.D. degree. While in law school, she worked in both state and federal prosecution, as well as working at a Manhattan firm managing labor and employment discrimination cases. Post-graduation, she passed both the New York and Georgia bar exams. Since that time, she was a Fulton County Prosecutor, handling a plethora of criminal offenses. Later going onto work at the largest personal injury firm in America, settling millions of dollars in car accident cases, until she began her own firm in 2023. She is well versed in the law, and no stranger to a courtroom.


Attorney Bachus is a woman of faith and principle. In her spare time she enjoys art, theatre, travel and dining. She is a proud member of thee Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She also gives her time serving the community through various civic organizations, and as a minister at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, in Lithonia Georgia.
